A Top 50 UK ranked law firm is looking to recruit a Head of Conflicts to join their Compliance Division.
This Law firm operates across multiple jurisdictions the includes EMEA and APAC and offers a very collaborative working environment where all compliance divisions across different countries are aligned.
This role of Head of Conflicts in London reports into The Risk & Compliance Partner at the firm.
The responsibilities for the Head of Conflicts are as follows:
- Large scale projects to implement and improve the firm's internal conflicts and procedures
- To draft the firms' internal conflicts interest policies
- Manage a Team of Conflicts Analyst with further development of their skill set and knowledge
- Resolve the firms conflicts
The requirements for the role of Head of Conflicts in the London officer are as follows:
- Qualified Lawyer
- Experience of leading a conflicts team at an international law firm
- People management skills - to develop and ability to grow a team
- Experience with IntAPP
